HERE hav so many great scan and wallpaper. ermm you nid more paper to upload wallpaper? i though every1 can ..? er..i oso dunno how to create a wallpaper but i think they find some ramdom anime pic and then try to design it in photoshop..when you finish them click on submit colume (next to FAQ) and submit your own wallpaper!
